Family account issues

Hi. Having some issues linking accounts. my son has iphone / ipad and seperate email account. I invite him as directed and he gets the email and invite code, but when we accept the invitation it takes us to the main spotify log in page again. Any suggestions? Many thanks

Just a heads up, I've moved this thread into a more relevant area 🙂

When your son is taken to the log in page, what happens when he logs in? Hopefully, logging in should link him to the Premium for Family plan.

Let us know if that's not the case and we'll see what we can suggest.
