Family account paused because there's no payment received

Family account paused because there's no payment received

Hi, I have a Spotify family account with my parents, but every month we get an email that our account is paused, because they didn't receive our payment. Everything is settled well with the bank and the payment is being write off every month so we pay for a premium account, we don't get because our account is paused every time. Right now, we have to make a new family premium account every month but we just want it to be fixed. What can we do?
