My Question or Issue

family plan doesn’t work it’s exactly the same as premium but only one person can listen at a time and I feel like I am not getting what I am paying for and emails are not received also I have been charged twice this month and cant get ahold of anyone love the service just wish there was better customer service to help with problems

Hi Eamber!

 

I highly recommend that you send a Tweet to @SpotifyCares, they will be able to resolve your issues extremely quickly. Due to the amount of support requests that are created every day, the more important ones (like billing!) take a longer time to resolve.

 

I've had account issues in the past and their Twitter team were able to resolve my issue within 30 minutes.

When you click on the link bellow, does your account show as regular Premium or Premium for Family?

 

Do you think it's possible that you have more than one Spotify account?
