My family members (same address) had access with their respective smartphones to my former Family Premium subscription until my debit card expired. Then nobody could use Family Premium anymore (normal).
I received my new debit card and subscribed again to Family Premium (on my Spotify account I can see that Family Premium is my current subscription) and I can now again access to Spotify Premium.
The problem is that when my family members use the link I send them to join Family Premium, they get a message "A problem occurred. Please try later...".
They've been trying for 3 days now and they always face the same issue.
The link I send them is always the same, but I read somewhere that a link can expire. Might this be the issue ? If so, how to get a new link ? I disconnect/reconnect to my account but I always get the same link and I don't see any button on the page to renew the link.
