Family don't work via bouygues

Hello Guys, 

 

I'm french sorry for my loose english.

But I had a subscription Bouygues Telecom and I just change the package. My family signed up with Spotify Family and I want to integrate it. I cann't do it, and my spotify stays offline.  What can I do ?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. We'll definitely be able to help though 🙂

 

First, you'll need to revert your account to Free. Just cancel your subscription with your service provider and wait for your next renewal date.

 

After that, ask the owner of he plan to send you an invite. From there, you'll just need to accept the invite.
