Family invite confirmation submit button

My Question or Issue

 Trying to add my daughter to my family plan but once we get to confirmation page where you add name and address the submit button stays grayed out. The email went through but we are stuck at this phase. I have cancelled the invite and resent already. Cleared cache and browse history amd using incognito.

Try to issue an invitation via an incognito browsing session. And when accepting the invitation, try to do this via a new incognito browsing window as well.
