Family isn't receiving invitation email

Family isn't receiving invitation email

Hello,

 

I sent out an invitation email for my Mother to share in my premium family account , but after numerous resends and cancelling and trying again etc she doesn't seem to be receiving the email. Anyone know Ia way I can subvert this or why it is isn't sending?

p.s. It's definitely the right email adress.

Hey @Cttouli, welcome to the community!

 

Let's make sure the email invite isn't hiding in the junk or unwanted email boxes. You can also try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window to send the invite.

 

If all else fails, you can try sending it to an alternate email address to see if she receives it. As long as she's logged into her Spotify account, she'll be able to accept the invite without any trouble.
