Family member away as exchange student

My Question or Issue

We have a Premium Family plan. One of our children will live abroad as an exchange student for 10 months. Can he be part of the plan when he lives abroad or does he have to be disconnected from the plan when he is away?

Hey @Ceril, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

If they are already part of your Premium for Family plan, they can use Spotify abroad while on your plan with no problem. 

If they're not already on your plan, they'll need to start Premium for Family at the same physical address as you, before they can go abroad. That way, they'll be able to listen to Spotify abroad as well.
