Windows Computer (fully upgraded)
My Question or Issue
We just got the family plan, and added two excisting accounts and created two new ones into the plan. While trying to add songs to one of the new accounts, we discovered that we cannot mark multiple songs at once to easily add multiple songs into the same playlist. This is however possible on one of the existing accounts. We first thought it had something to do with what computer we were using, but after logging into both accounts on the same computer, we've discovered that this doesn't matter. However, the outlay of the account is different for the two accounts. Is this the reason why and how do we change the new account into the outlay that the old account has?
PS: Not sure if it matters, but the old account (the one where marking multiple songs work) is logged into using Facebook, while the new one (where it doesn't mark multiple songs) is logged directly into Spotify.
PSPS: The first added picture is how a playlist looks on the new account while the second picture is how it looks on the old account.
Hope someone has answers! Thanks in advance!
