Family member kicked out of Premium for Family Plan

Family member kicked out of Premium for Family Plan

Hi,

 

My sister was previously in my Premium for Family Plan, but was recently kicked out.  I resent the invitation to her but alas, she didn't manage to sign up.

 

I think it might have to do with the fact that we don't use postcodes in HK.

Thanks for reaching out to us.

 

To join the Premium for Family plan, your family member must enter the same address you used to set it up. In case you left the postal code blank, your family member can just type N/A on that field to verify the address.

 

We also suggest clearing all browser's cache and cookies before trying again.
