My Question or Issue

Hello,

I want to upgrade from free to Family but my daughter is living temporarily in another country as Au Pair. Can she be added to my Family account then?

Hi @toknor, thanks for writing!

I suggest that you wait for your daughter to come back to your place before upgrading to Family (or you can upgrade, but not including her for now).

Since all members must reside at the same address, the invitation you send to her won't work.
