Family member still shown as in different country

Family member still shown as in different country

My mother recently moved back in with us in Istanbul, Turkey after living in Greece. I tried to add her to our family account but it says she needs to be in the same location as us.SHE IS! How can this be resolved?

Thanks for posting about this here in the Community!

 

We'd first suggest making sure your mother's account is registered in the right country - there's steps on how to do that here.

 

Once her Spotify account is registered in the same country, you should be able to invite her to your plan with no issues.
