Family member unable to accept invite

Family member unable to accept invite

Dear Spotify,

 

I have a Premium family member account and when my family member tries to accept the invite after she has keyed in all her details, there is an error message that does not allow her to proceed to be added into the Family package.

 

Does not work even when I cancel and resend the invite. Any solutions? Thanks!

I am having this same problem. Is someone from Spotify supposed to respond?

What is the content of the message she receives? Has she tried using different browsers in her computer? Also, please ask her to double check if she's correctly logged in her account.

 

@claudiagarcia05, is your situation exactly the same?
