Family member

Hello me and my family have a family premium member but every time we try too listen more than on at the same time it stops. 

My wife and I are alsowe students is it any disscount for this

Hey @Thomasimonsen,

 

It sounds like all family members are trying to use the same Spotify account to listen to music at the same time. To be able to listen to music at the same time, all family members need to have their own Spotify account. If they don't have a Spotify account yet, they can sign up on http://spoti.fi/2e1FH6k.

Lastly, you can't apply additional discounts to a Premium for Family plan.

dose that mean that every member need to pay for a membership. 

All members are invited in to the family membership

Here’s how billing for Premium for Family works:

  • Spotify only charges the owner (the person who signed up to the plan), never the members. 
  • They charge the owner the full amount, regardless of the number of members who join the plan.
  • The monthly billing date will be on or around the same date the owner first subscribed.
