Family members did not confirm the email and cannot join again

Hello,

 

my family members did not confirm the email address. There was an email around christmas, saying to confirm the email in 7 days, otherwise they are removed from family. Some of my family members do not speak english and I was out for holidays. 

 

Now, when I add them, they fill the address and then it says that adding to this family account was not successfull. The form is shown again and nothing happens.

 

Anyone with the same isssue? Is there any way to solve it?

Hey @Majsner,

 

I’d recommend telling the ones who are having issues joining to reach out to Spotify for more help with this. They can find some more info here on how to do this.
