Family members don't get invites

Family members don't get invites

It doesn't matter how many invites i send to my girlfriend she never receives the invite.

 

And yes i have checked her spam folder in her email.

 

Help please.

Welcome to the forums!

 

Let them accept the invite logged in with their own username in the app and in the website. They should make sure to type the address exactly as the Admin did, and also be sure all Family members use the same Internet connection (Home network) regularly. Not doing so may be the cause of them to be left out.

@DefaOne Can you send a screenshot of the INVITE WITH LINK option? I'm not seeing that anywhere in my account settings.

Sorry for the delay!

 

After double checking, the only way to send the invite is by email. The link option I gave has now been removed. i have also now removed that from my response.

Why refer to a manual if the service isn't working?
Please fix this and make a reply when it is fixed.
