I am deeply frustrated about the fact that my family members have been kicked out of the premium plan. All of them share the same household with me. How do I provide evidence on this? This process is very poorly managed.

Same problem here as Spotify "can´t verify".....how to they **bleep** verify! They can check what location we are logging on to ....... And I can´t seem to find any direct way to complain to them!!!!
