My Question or Issue

 

Hi, 

 

For some reason all the family members I had set up on my account have been removed. Why has this happened?

 

These are all family members that live at the same address (wife and kids). I did not receive a mail to say this was happening but you did take my subscription still?

 

Can you restore them please?

Hey @cgsneal, welcome to the Community.

Hope you're doing great!

 

I'd recommend using the remove Offline devices and Sign Out Everywhere, probably resetting your password too, from your Spotify account page?
