My Question or Issue

 My roommates and I started the family pack a few weeks ago and they all have received the e-mail/invite for the family pack and I didn’t. I tried all the things that were on the website and what they said in the mails to the responsable one, But still it doesn’t work. I hope this can be fixed because I did already pay for it and it’s a waste of money because I can’t use my premium.

Hey @Naomss.

 

If you haven't received the email invite to the Family plan, ask the owner to try sending a new one using a different browser or an incognito window.

 

Also, make sure you check your spam or unwanted email boxes to see if it could be hiding there.

 

As a last resource, you can ask the owner to send the invite to an alternate email to see if you receive it.
