Premium (family pack)
My Question or Issue
My roommates and I started the family pack a few weeks ago and they all have received the e-mail/invite for the family pack and I didn’t. I tried all the things that were on the website and what they said in the mails to the responsable one, But still it doesn’t work. I hope this can be fixed because I did already pay for it and it’s a waste of money because I can’t use my premium.
