Family plan address?

I live in a place that doesn't use the latin alphabet.  I signed up a while ago.  I have no idea how I wrote my address in latin characters, there are many possibilties as well as abbrevations.  

I do NOT want to delete my whole account and lose all my data.

This is an AWFUL system where you can't even see your own address on your account.

What should I do?
