My Question or Issue

 I send the invitation to my wife, she puts the address and zip code, but she gets an error on the website. Try myself with exactly the same data, but I get an error on the website.

 

What's going on? What should I do to activate the invitation to her?

Could you try to open the email invitation via an incognito browsing session? be sure you will log in with the account the invitation has been sent to, not with the administrators account.

Hi where can i speak french here? i have a problem with the email notification for my family. They didn't receive any mail about spotify... i put the buttom a lot of time but nothing happens.
