Family plan issues UK

Hey! 

I have the family plan and have invited other family members. 3 of the 4 I've invited have worked. I'm having problems with my son being able to access it. It keeps saying you can't join your own plan.  He's logging in with his email and password. It's like it is logging him in to my plan.

I've logged him out and sent him a new invite but it's still doing the same thing.

I can't find anything in the help bit.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community about this. 
 

The error message your son receives means that he's logged in to the account of the manager of the Premium Family plan. It'd be best for him to log out and then log in on a different device. Make sure he's logged in to his own account. 

 

You can tell which account you’re logged in by looking at your Spotify username (which you'll find here in your Account page under Profile). Once the correct display name is to be seen, you can send him the invite once again.
