My Question or Issue

Hi, for some reason only one of the members of my family plan is appearing on our family mix, none of us have left the mix and I don't have the option to leave or join just to manage the users.

You should be able to manage your Family plan and join the Family Mix from this page

 

It's also worth giving it a shot in an incognito window to avoid the possible issues that the data stored in your browser may cause.
