Family plan, my family was removed from the plan

I have a family plan. But today everyone got removed from my plan. I send them all a new invite but they were deny, stating that they they don't live in the same house. My husband is in Australia for work for a few weeks, so he has been using there. Could that be the problem?

I'd contact Spotify directly by phone or email so they can sort it out from their offices.
