My Question or Issue
In the past 4 months I have been kicked off my family plan twice, and when clicking on the link to verify my address, it will tell me that the address cannot be verified.
When clicking on the link I receive in my email I have tried spelling things out, abbreviating, using/not using periods, using my spouses name; and to no avail, no matter what changes I try, I have not once been able to get it to work on my own.
Is is there someone who can help me understand what I am inputting incorrectly into this verification and why it thinks it knows my address and I do not?
