My Question or Issue

Thanks for checking out my post,

 

Recently i tried to add another family member into my family plan and was not able to because the page for filling in the address prompted that this new member will be joining Loh Paul's family, who is another family member that moved and i removed him, how can i go about adding this new member?

 

Also please send me my address beacuse when i was filling out the form i dont remember typing in my street number, Because i dont have one....and now to add any family members i have to type a non existant strret number?

I'll be happy to help. Can you try adding the new member using a different browser or incognito mode? If that doesn't help, please send me a screenshot of the error message being shown (make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the community).

 

I don't have the tools to send you your address - if you're worried that the address you entered isn't right, I'd recommend contacting support here.
