My Question or Issue

I upgraded to Family Premium and when we try and accept the invite it takes us to our payment information, which has not changed.  When i type the link sptify.com/family/redeem it tells me i am not signed up for Family even though the plan clearly shows Family Premiuym for $14.99 a month or suggest i resend invite.  I have resent invite 6 times and still no luck and no place to put the code that was sent to email.  

 

Does this service always take this long to work?

Hope you're doing great!

 

Could you try sending the invite using a different browser/incognito mode?

If that doesn't help, could you try sending the invite using a different email address (You don't need to send the invite using the email associated with Spotify). If both doesn't work, please send me a screenshot of the error message being shown.
