My Question or Issue

I have a family plan between my wife and daughter. they are all set up and I checked to make sure. When my wife is playing music it shows up on my devices. and at times if I was playing music it would just change songs I have a google Pixel2 and she has an iPhone 7. It's super annoying that I'm paying for this plan and I'm not getting what I pay for and there is.

The first thing to check is if all members of the plan are active. Please click on the link bellow to do it:

 

https://www.spotify.com/family/overview/

 

If they are, double check if you are all logging in your respective accounts.
