Family premium account invitation not working

Family premium account invitation not working

I've upgraded by Premium Spotify account to a family subscription and sent an invite from that account to my mum who clicked that link and followed the prompts to create her own Spotify account.

 

After logging in with that new account and trying it on all of the below devices or shows that the account is still in the free tier on all devices.

 

It's now a few days later and my mum's account still shows as a free account.

 

Devices

Samsung Galaxy S7, Windows 10 PC (the Windows Store Spotify app and via the Spotify website in Chrome), iPad 4 all have the same symptoms.

Hey @repsy, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

 

Could you try sending another invite to your mum using a different browser? If that doesn't help, could you try sending one more using a different valid email address?
