Hi there, 

 

i need someone to help oit, I have jointed the family premium on Spotify a month ago and sent invite to my partner whom I live with. He can't received any invitation email. 

We checked his spam or junk mail and I cancel my invitation and resent it already and it still doesn't work. Please help!

Hey @Gloriahy,

 

Can you try sending the invite again, from a different browser/incognito window?

Let me know if that does the trick. I’d also suggest checking that you’re following the exact invite a member steps here: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/subscription_information/premium-for-family/.
