My Question or Issue

 

30 days ago we started a family account with me as owner of the account. Yesterday i paid the new fee for the month, but the other members were kicked out.

We followed the https://support.spotify.com/it/account_payment_help/premium_for_family/premium-for-family/ instruction without reaching the goal.

Checking the mails box we found that these members do not answered the Spotify's mail for address verification.

Trying to use the link in the Spotify mail, we end up to the same page of the Family invite with the error: you can not join the family plan. do you need help? read FAQ.

 

In Faq we found that can be a URL problem, the "XXXXXXXX" at his end. Tried.

We found some reference to the https://support.spotify.com/it/account_payment_help/premium_for_family/premium-for-family/. Not helping at all.

 

So, can you help?

Same one happened to me, and cant solve the problem 😞 anybody help??
