My Question or Issue

Hi, my brother changed the spotify account to a family premium. I accepted his invited but since then I only have a free membership and I cannot change it to premium or family again. Basically I cannot listen to music. Currently I’m backpacking thru Australia and Indonesia. The account keep saying that I live in Australia but I’m not. I’m registered in the Netherlands and only backpacking for half a year. Could you please help me to get to the premium account again (which I used to have) or the family premium account?

Hey @Elize2,

 

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

It sounds like you were removed from the Premium for Family plan because Spotify wasn't able to confirm that you live at the same address as the owner of the plan.

 

You should be able to re-join the plan when you're back at home in the Netherlands. 🙂
