Family premium plan invitation not working.

Family premium plan invitation not working.

So, I have the Family Premium Plan and I added my 4 other family members. Worked fine for the first month, until recently, when I payed the current months subscription, my family members were removed, with no notification what so ever. The thing is, they received the e-mail asking for the confirmation of their address, and they did. Even so they were removed and now can't get back with my invitation, having an error saying that they connot join the current family plan, which doesn't make sense. I'd be grateful for a quick response and solution, since we're not actually family, but do live together, so we share the bill, so, it's kinda unfair that only I have it while they don't.

Hey @Lemooer, thanks for writing.

 

Sometimes the information once given to Spotify (regarding the users’ addresses) don’t match the ones they have. The data might be incorrect, incomplete or outdated, hence the removal of some users.

 

In this case I suggest you get in touch with the Spotify Cares staff - They'll be happy to help you further with this.

 

There are a few ways to contact them.

 

Another great way is to reach Spotify via Facebook support. Shoot them a message here: Spotify Cares.

 

When you message them, inform all the e-mail addresses on the plan.

I have the exact same issue. My mother sent me the invites time and time again, but I no longer seem to be able to join. 😧
