My Question or Issue

Hello,

After activating Familiar premium account, I have send 2 invitations. One of them is working properly. However after trying to do it several times to other person she has not been able to get in the premium plan.  I have attached a pic of this problem. Any idea of what is going on?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with Premium for Family. Do they have any trouble joining the plan from a different device?
