Family premium

I just upgraded my account from single premium to family premium. I'm having problems inviting my kids to join. When I enter in their info (name,address, zip, city) and submit it, it tells me to enter in all info even tho everything is filled in. I can't get past this. Please help!

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
