My family members cant accept the invitation Ive sent to them they input the same address and everything and it still doesnt work this really makes think about changing to google music

Sorry to hear your family members can't join the plan. Let's see what we can do for you!

 

Here are some things to check first:

  • If you’re accepting the invite on the same device it was sent from, make sure the owner who sent the invite has logged out of their account page first.
  • If you didn’t receive an email with the link, be sure to check your junk/spam folders.

We suggest you check out this page, especially the 'The invite isn't working' tab. This should help you out!
