Family says address could not be verified

So, I live with my SO and a cousin.

We signed up for Spotify Family, entered our addresses as specified. Everything worked without any problems for about 2 weeks.

 

Out of nowhere, my counsins' and my own account were not premmium anymore (my SO made the invitations). I repeat: we live under the same roof, we definitely wrote the same address. 

The only thing I can think of is that one of us might be abbreviated something, like "Str." instead of "Straße" - that's German for "street"-, but that would still be non-sense since the address as a whole is still the same.

 

I'm kinda **bleep** at how I cannot enjoy premmium benefits even having paid for it and being under the requirements for the Family Premmium membership.

I'd recommend that you and your cousin reach out to Support so this can be looked into 🙂
