Hi there,

Not sure why this is happening, we have premium subscription and all members of my family can access music and they show up in the profile under my account.  When I go to listen to music it uses my daughters profile.  I have tried to re-invite myself but no emails go to the email account under which the account is set up, so I tried to send it to an alternate account but when I follow the link it still won't add me and I am asked to sign up to premium, however I already am! ?  Please help!

It sounds like you need to be added to the family plan indeed. It's important that you send out an invite to the email address associated to the account you would like to invite to the family plan. If the email does not arrive, try to issue the invitation via an incognito browsing session. You can find some more faq's about Premium for Family here.
