Family subs is not working!

Family subs is not working!

I pay for the family subscription for my mam and dad and myself. It was working fine but now that my mam has the echo and she uses it for music my music turns off. My profile is connected to the echo and not my mams. Can you please help me to correct it?

In that case, you'll need to connect her account to the Echo 🙂

I did but its still coming up as mine!

Can you please restart the echo to see if that makes any difference?

 

Also, please let me know the following details:

  • Which device are you streaming from and who's logged in there?
  • Are you using Spotify Connect or Alexa to control the Spotify on your Echo?

A password reset could also help. 🙂
