Family subscription doesn’t work

Family subscription doesn’t work

I live in Poland, and thats where I’ve bought family subscription for my account. A couple of days ago I went on a trip to Italy. This morning I cleared my cache, and when I connected to the WiFi (I was offline before that) my Spotify wasn’t premium anymore. I’m using Spotify on the IOS app

I'll be happy to help. Can you login to your account here and tell me if your subscription status shows as 'Free' or 'Premium'? Also, could you try logging out/in of your account to see if that helps?
