Family subscription invite doesn’t work

 im trying to get my mum on my family subscription, but it just says (after I filled everything out) that she cannot join this family plan. We previously lived in Spain (now in Sweden) it was **bleep** to change the country and I do not want to start a new account either. I can’t find anywhere where I change my address, but we have the same post code. Mum lives here. I did a search and saw other people having issues, tried the solution by butting the token in the url, didn’t work.

Thanks! However, That didn’t work. I think it’s cause my address can’t be changed. I can change it on hers but cannot find where I do it on mine?
