Family subscription problem



I ran into a problem with my family subscription. One of the members forgot to verify their account in time and got kicked out of the subscription plan. When I tried to invite him back, invitation failed after filling all required information. I suspect it's due to the failed verification. However I wasn't able to find any guidance on how to resolve this issue. Is their any way to get that member back to the subscription plan? Or any way to contact Spotify directly in the regards of this issue?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community!


It'd be helpful if you could send us the error message your family member sees when trying to join your plan so we can take a closer look. Make sure that it doesn't include any personal/sensitive info however 🙂


Further, have they tried accepting your new invite in an incognito or private window in their browser?
