My Question or Issue

Hello, my sister cannot subscribe to my family plan, the address is correct, and my girlfriend was subscribed with success she use the same address, I tried using the correct address and the site don't permit. And the address is the same as mine.

Hey @Sooprema, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Could you try sending your sister another invite using a different browser or incognito mode? If that doesn't help, please try sending one more using a different valid email address.

 

If you're still having trouble, please send me a screenshot of what you see when she tries to join the Premium for Family plan (make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the community).
