My Question or Issue

I had my 3 family members kicked out of my membership, which is acceptable, because they didn’t click on the link in email. However, when my aunt account clicked on it ( different account), it has automatically kicked her out of spotify in the payment day. This is draining our money and time, i am asking for an action, otherwise, we will no longer use your platform.

Could you send your aunt anither invite using a different browser or incognito mode? If that doesn’t help, could you send another invite using a different email address?

 

If they already charged your aunt before she was able to join the Premium for Family plan, I’d recommend checking out the Refund policy for more info.
