Family with Google Mini

Hello. I need support on the usage of spotify family with google mini.

I had a free spotify account, then I joined the family account. When I try to play music from my Google Mini "something goes wrong" and music cannot be played.

Does anyhow know how to fix this issue?

Spotify support confirms this is doable.
