I have a problem with spotify family, every time the month expires, the payment is successful, but I delete all the guests, and every time I have to create a new account to re-enter them

Hey @Guè, welcome to the Community!

 

It sounds like they were removed from the plan because they weren't able to verify their physical address.

 

We suggest against making new accounts to reinvite them though. Do you have any trouble reinviting them after this happens?
