Familymember not verified, while she lives at the same address!

Hi!

 

We share a Spotify Family subscription. All was fine, but there was not enough on my paypal credit the previous month. The difference was deducted from my bankaccount, so everything was paid for. But now one of my roommates got kicked out from the Family subscription, and the new invitations that I send don't work.

 

What can I do? As she is clearly living on the same address and therefore a rightfully member of the Spotify Family subscription. Anybody had the same issue?

 

Hope that someone can give me some advice 🙂

Hi there!

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. Can you try this process using another browser or Incognito Mode? It might be worth trying another device.
