Friend can't join family plan

Hi, I have sent invite to my friend and she can't join the family plan.

There is a red box at top says "You're unable to join this family plan." That's it.

And more, it shown family plan of Yu Hsuan Liao. She is one of the members but not the host of the plan (which should be me), does it matter why she can't join?

I really dont know what is the problem as others don't have any issues.

I'd love to help you here! Have they tried clearing their *.spotify.com cookies and cache, using incognito or another browser? I'd also suggest that they try to accept the invite on a desktop/laptop computer, if they have access to one.
