GF removed from family plan

GF removed from family plan

Have this family thing going since April. My girlfriend is suddenly having premium issues as if she's not part of the plan or any plan anymore.

 

But I haven't done anything to change that

 

I can't see any information in my Spotify account on the app or website.

 

Any advice? Where to check which emails are signed up or even who is signed up?

Hey @Marky91, help's here. 

 

The administrator of the Family plan should be able to see who's included in the plan from the account page. Log in on your account page and go to the Subscription tab. There you should see a list of member if you're the administrator. If you can't see it, that means someone else is the administrator, so you'll have to ask them to check that and eventually re-invite your girlfriend if she was kicked out.
