I have just paid from the premium do I need to pay full price for family subscription if I want it ??

Thanks for coming to the Community.


Yes, you'll be charged the full price when upgrading to Premium for Family. The good thing is that your remaining Premium time will be converted into Premium for Family time, so you're not actually losing any money 🙂

No, everything will switch over automatically.

 

Can you try it again, or use a different payment method?
